Please note that Twice MFG is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties that may be charged by the destination country upon delivery. These costs are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to non-payment of such fees, no refunds or reimbursements will be issued. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with any import regulations or charges applicable in their country before placing an order.
